Sometimes it happens to me that on one of my tours through the nature I begin to look for shapes, patterns and colors.
Just as if my brain can't cope with the supposed chaos of nature. These moments feel as if my brain is looking for the structures, the order, the rational. It feels as if my brain is looking for the order of the man made in nature.
Such a moment was the inspiration for this image.
We as humans are part of nature, everything we create and consider 'man-made' will eventually find its way back into nature.
Nature is what makes up our world, it finds itself -through us- in everything that surrounds us.
It is paradoxical to look for the man made in nature.
I tried to capture this paradox in this image:
What at first looks technical, artificial, cold is, in the end, highly alive, natural, green.
And like all life, this green life also runs out at some point in the nothingness of black.
